Weekend before last we headed West to Chunky, MS, to the Pumpkin Patch. Stevie pleasantly surprised me wanting to go. I thought she would think she was too old for it but I was all for it when she brought it up.

Unfortunately the closer we got the darker the clouds got. We did get in some rain but we made the most of it.

Mia was the only one fortunate enough to have a place to keep dry.

Stevie kept all her digits away from the pony. I think he was hoping to get a little snack but it looks like he is about to chomp a few fingers :)
Pouty face... she is always hoping for a big growth spurt.

I had to grab Daniel for a quick pic. He was off to see the loudest animals there...

these little guys.

Next came the goats.

The sun peaked back through and left it steaming hot and a little muddy but we persevered.

We moved on to the
Punkin'
Chunkin'. Stevie had really been looking forward to this part.

Both kiddos hit the targets (with a little assistance) and got pig noses.

Next we ventured through the corn maze.

Mia "mysteriously"ended up with an ear of corn.
(Thanks to Poppy)

We barely made it to the "
Hamphitheatre" in time to see the pigs race.
